Therapeutic Electro-Massage Pillow

Therapeutic massage system for control, relief and reduction of spasms and
pain through E.H.V. Therapeutic Technology (Electric, Heat and Vibration)

The Therapeutic Electro-Massage Pillow™ is a patent pending concept invented by Dr. Jonathan Kost, a board certified expert in pain management and anesthesiology. The system is the first of its kind to incorporate E.H.V Therapeutic Technology. E.H.V. provides three stimulating options to help control muscle spasms and also provide concomitant pain relief. These options include electro-therapy (electricity impulses), heat stimulation and vibration mechanisms.

The product incorporates electrical, vibratory and heat stimulation contacts (nodules) that are strategically and symmetrically co-located within the inflatable pillow to provide balanced relief on either side of the spine. Right and left sided heat stimulation as well as electrical and vibratory stimulation can all be performed simultaneously or independently depending on user preference and comfort.

The electrical stimulation nodules utilize conductive plastic material which enables the transmission of electrical impulses to the underlying muscle as opposed to wires and electric pads. By eliminating such wires and electric pads, the product is therefore easy to use and eliminates the initial cold feeling that is associated with metal contacts and sensors. This is the first device that utilizes electrical muscle stimulation to reduce muscle spasms without a medical prescription.

The inventor of this concept is seeking to license the intellectual property rights including patent pending and associated trademarks to a company capable of enabling and distributing such a concept.
